What to expect?

-Venue walkthrough 6 weeks prior

-assistance with final floor plan layout 

- envelope distribution of final vendor payments 

-assist with Set up of small details: welcome table, gift table, guest book table, light candles, etc.

-Rehearsal attendance and orchestrating

-Ensure all decorations, gifts, alcohol, etc. are boxed and given to the appropriate party after send off

-create day of timeline and distribute to all vendors and wedding party

-envelope distribution of final vendor payments 

-wedding day vendor management

-Oversee ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

-Management of bridal party lineup for both ceremony and reception entrance

-Provide a wedding day emergency kit
